Can I return or exchange an item?

If your return is approved, you’ll receive store credit (a discount code) equal to the value of your original order.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your package.
After this period, we’re unable to accept returns.
All items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
If these conditions are not met, our care team may decline the return, and the item will be sent back to you.
